What you agree to when you open a 1King account

This page lays out the core rules that come with a 1King account: who can register, the one-account principle, how bonuses work, payment rules, and how complaints are handled. Opening an account means accepting these terms.

Age and region eligibility

The platform is for players 18 and older. Section 2.1.8 of the Terms restricts access from a set of countries: North Korea, Myanmar, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Russian Federation, Sint Maarten, Syria, the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson), Northern Cyprus/the Republic of Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This list isn't exhaustive — the company can decline players from other countries too. Checking whether online gambling is legal where you live is your own responsibility; a Curaçao licence does not make the service automatically legal in your region.

One account, no sharing

Section 5.1.7 is explicit: one person, one account. A second account from the same person, device or IP is treated as bonus abuse. Section 5.1.8 bans account sharing outright — your login details are for you alone, and sharing them can lead to account restrictions.

Identity verification (KYC)

Before you can withdraw, your account needs to pass identity verification: a colour copy of your passport or ID card, phone number confirmation, and — if requested — a driving licence or proof of address. Accounts that fail verification can have open bets cancelled, deposited funds withheld, or the account restricted.

How bonus terms work

Section 5.2 governs bonus use. Every bonus or promotion is limited to one use per person, email, phone number, device/IP and payment account. No fixed, general wagering multiplier is published — each bonus carries its own condition, shown in your account panel when you claim it. Slot wagering counts 100% toward clearing a bonus by default, with some games excluded. You can't pause a bonus round or free spin and resume it later; if a bonus expires or is cancelled, any unfinished winnings tied to it are voided along with it.

Payment rules

Two deposit methods are confirmed: bank card (Visa/Mastercard) and crypto, both averaging around 10 minutes to process. Withdrawals require completed KYC and only return to the method you deposited with. Support recommends wagering at least 100% of a newly deposited balance before withdrawing, though this is guidance rather than a strict rule. If your account sits inactive for 12 months and holds a positive balance, a monthly maintenance fee applies starting on day 30 of inactivity; zero-balance accounts aren't charged.

Governing law

1King is licensed under the Curaçao Gaming Authority's (CGA) LOK regulation. Curaçao law governs, and Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Neither a licence number nor the operating company's registration details are published on the site — we're stating that directly rather than filling the gap.

Responsible gambling tools

There's no self-service limit or self-exclusion tool built into the account; requests like that go through Customer Support instead. Third-party parental control tools such as betblocker.org and gamban.com are recommended, and gamblersanonymous.org is a resource for assessing your own gambling habits.

Your right to complain

Complaints can be filed within 6 months of the event, by registered players only — third-party complaints aren't accepted. Access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is available where relevant. Regulator contact: [email protected].

How these terms can change

These terms can be updated without prior notice, and the current version is always the one published on this page. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the updated terms. It's worth checking this page from time to time if you want to stay current.

Long-term account inactivity

If your account sits unused for 12 months and holds a positive balance, a monthly maintenance fee starts being deducted from day 30 of that inactivity period. Zero-balance accounts aren't charged anything. Logging in regularly is the simplest way to avoid this fee altogether.

Common questions

Does completing registration count as accepting these terms?

Yes — submitting the sign-up form means you've accepted these terms, there's no separate confirmation step.

Where do I see the wagering requirement for a specific bonus?

Once you claim a bonus, its specific wagering requirement and time limit appear in your account panel.

Can someone else file a complaint on my behalf?

No, only the registered player themselves can submit a complaint about their own account.
